After traveling on the motorcycle show circuit for several years, I have tried every metal polish known to man on my Royal Enfield Bullet and Electra motorcycles. I have discovered that "new and improved" usually is the former, there is no free lunch, and all polishes require some work. The question is how much work, and how long will the shine last? These are among the reasons we have chosen to sell the "Satin Gloss" metal polish. This polish is made with a secret family recipe, by hand, by the Matthews family of Tennessee. It is a very small company with a great product. I met them on the show circuit and have been very impressed since. If you use a terrycloth rag to apply the polish (something with some nap to it) the results are outstanding. Best of all it has some carnauba wax in it to preserve the shine. This is fairly unique and is part of the secret formula. I have used it extensively on aluminum. It also works well on virtually any kind of metal, even "bluing stains" on exhaust pipes.
