A great modification for the Royal Enfield Original Bullet Motorcycle. You can increase your horsepower while not compromising reliability. The original performance Big Bore Kit includes a 535cc cast iron cylinder barrel, a 535 piston and a set of rings. A new variation is the aluminum alloy cylinder barrel instead, a marked improvement in diffusion of heat! Installation is easy. A typical installation should take about three hours. Gaskets sold extra, but we now include the stud and nut you need to reattach the assembly to your motorcycle at no extra cost. Note: Metric Big Bore Kits can now be installed in your Inches Bullet and vice versa because we include the necessary stud and nut. Specify cast iron or aluminum alloy, inches or metric. Price includes $60 refundable core charge.
